This is the default setup for 2007 W2 printing using Greux (changed from previous years). (PR menu #4, #4, #1 ) If you have already updated, and you click on the default (2007) format, this is what you will get.
If you have not or could not update your formats as described on the
previous page (your button still says 2006 or older, you should contact
your dealer or KISS Development.
